Ca’ Palazzo Malvasia is located in a private park in the middle of a plateau overlooking the hills of Bologna, with deer and roes, 4 Km away from Sasso Marconi city center and 13 km from the historic center of Bologna. Ca’ Palazzo Malvasia is an ancient hunting manor from the 17th century surrounded by a large garden. In its origins the manor was the holiday home of the noble family whose name it derives, the “Malvasia”, so they could spend the summer far from the noise of the city while managing their estate. We would like to point out that the double room with private external bathroom is the only room category with the bathroom outside the room and the bookable solution is made up of two double or twin rooms with single beds

Ca’ Palazzo Malvasia is located in a private plane on the hills of Bologna. The position of the manor is strategic because it is 3km away from the exit of SASSO MARCONI NORD on the A1 motorway (exit only for TELEPASS OWNERS), 7 km away from the exit of Casalecchio di Reno and 6 km away from the exit SASSO MARCONI, coming from the south (Florence). There are very good local restaurants just a few minutes away by car. Victoria will have a list of suggestions when you arrive at the structure. Furthermore there are quite a few beautiful sights nearby among which natural parks, the Marconi museum (Celebrated Italian inventor) and the museum of the Etruscan civilisation in Marzabotto (15 minutes car drive).
