UkraineAmazing hotel, we stayed for one night after a long trip. The room was spotlessly clean and comfy, the stuff are polite and helpful. There is a lift. In the morning we had a breakfast for additional payment, it was so delicious, highly recommended. If you arrive at weekend, the laundry is not working, but there is a laundromat 5 minutes away by car.

SpainThe location was exactly what we were hoping for! Right in the middle of the main part of the city! I am a creature of habit and was going to default to a Marriott property but this hotel looked appealing! I'm so glad that I did! The apartment we stayed in was a off site from the main property but only steps away. It was very spacious and themed with an "art" decor. This was honestly the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in and especially for the price. The value was so well worth it. The service by the staff was always pleasant and so helpful! Lastly, the breakfast was amazing with lots of choices! The staff will also make you certain coffees and bring it to you. We had a very early morning flight and the made us box lunches to go!

Hong KongI had an absolutely exceptional stay here! The room was incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and had a wonderfully homey atmosphere that made me feel welcome instantly. Everything was in perfect working order, and the AC was an absolute lifesaver during the hot weather.
What truly sets this place apart, however, is the hospitality. The host and the entire staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. Communication was seamless from start to finish with prompt responses. A special shoutout to the team: when all my ride-hailing apps suddenly failed, they stepped in without hesitation and helped me call a taxi, saving my day!
All in all, it was a lovely experience that offered fantastic value for money. If I ever visit Bologna again, this will undoubtedly be my go-to place to stay. Highly recommended!

The room was comfortable and very clean, with great amenities and a pleasant overall atmosphere.
The location was extremely convenient, and having private parking was a real advantage.
Despite being on a central street, the soundproofing was impressive and we had perfectly quiet nights.
Communication with Vincenzo was exceptional and made everything even smoother.
Highly recommended!

We were a grop of 4 people (two couples) and we enjoyed the stay. The apartment was spotless and the bedrooms were wonderfull. There is air conditioning in each room including the dining room. Each room has a normal bed, although there is a sofa in the dining room. The bathroom was also spotless. The breakfast was enough for 4 people. The comunication with the hoast was flawless. They are friendly and respond quickly. The parking lot is on the propriety. The car is secured because it the courtyard.

Big spacious room, confortable beds and quite hotel. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Plenty of parking spaces outside and also underground parking available for 5€. The hotel is located outside from the city and reachable best by car. A big shopping mall is close, 5 minutes walk.

Loved this stay!
I’m gonna start with how friendly Marco was. He came to meet us and walked us through the apartment. Although the apartment is far from the city(which we looked for) it has everything you could ask for. All kinds of supplies, bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms. Breakfast was provided. The apartment was so clean and nice smelling. The parking lot is a huuge plus. Additionally, Marco provided a list of restaurants to try, both nearby and the city.
