The host was extremely kind, spoke great English and very accommodating. No frills, perfect guesthouse and would highly recommend anyone booking. The guesthouse was extremely clean, spotless. It's a really nice log house with toilet inside, but no shower.i think it's good value for money.

This home is beautiful. Access to the entire floor plan was an amazing value. This would be a great option for a traveling family. The host was extremely kind and punctual, making check-in and check-out a breeze. There is just something special about staying in a traditional home like this while exploring the Japanese countryside. You can tell the host cares a lot about maintaining the property and really earns respect and satisfaction of guests. Will stay here again if I return to Shikoku.

I arrived with low expectations. I found a great, clean room with shower and bath. Welcoming staff member,. Very close to a convenience store.

Very convenient to everything in Kotohira. A bit of a walk from the train stations but next to shops and the start of steps up to the temple. Nice bicycle storage area! They didn’t seem familiar with takkyubin process but they took the time to learn it and got our big suitcase sent off to KIX. Bunk beds allowed three adults to stay in one room. A family of four would fit also.

Traditional stay in a place in the heart of the town center. Comfortable tatami, room was spacious and nice. Bathroom is a shared one but was very clean. Check in location was a few stores down from the accomodation so be aware of that as I was initially confused. Note that there's no elevator so not ideal if you have a huge luggage. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will choose this place if I visit again.

Very cute and big hostel. The facilities were great and offered very cheap laundry (which is rare)! The beds were very comfortable and the space for each person was big! Very kind and friendly staff that helped to show us around. Shower area was also one of the best I’ve been to.

Located in Miyoshi, 23 miles from Tsurugi-san Chairlift, Iya Kankou Ryokan has accommodations with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. The hotel has family rooms.
