Our stay at Hoshinohana was the absolute highlight of our trip to Ishigaki! The beach house is stunning, arguably the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed in. Every moment there was pure joy. The hosts Marie and Taka were amazing and super friendly. Their small jungle is paradise! Be prepared for ultra camping vibes. Everything was clean and taken care of and we absolutely loved staying here!

We stayed with a group of 8, from age 0 to 71 but it was comfy enough! Three bedrooms, two toilets, two bathrooms, they even had toys and books for kids. You do not need to buy any seasonings and rice, they have them for you. There is fantastic sort of a private beach just across the road! Last but not least the staff Ikumi san was so supportive!! Thank you so much Ikumi san, we really enjoyed our stay at yoisama, would love to visit again xx

You get what you pay for and this place is exceptional. The snorkeling right off the property is fantastic and they rent out the necessary gear. The private pool is fantastic relief in the heat of the summer. The staff is great and personable and the chef is remarkably talented.
