The staff were phenomenal from the front desk to the people delivering our delicious room service meals! Very comfortable, old school luxury. Superb value, very quiet and private. Perfect location as a home base to explore the area near and far. Order breakfast and dinner, amazing food and prices. They bring it to your room!

Attentive hosts gave us a tour of the property upon arrival. We enjoyed a delicious shabu shabu dinner with local produce and hand-picked vegetables and fruits from the garden outside. Local sake was complementary as well. In addition, the hosts prepared our futons and were extremely accommodating to our schedules. We would book again because of how warm and kind the hospitality was. We wish we had stayed longer (next time)!

Closeness to the train station, restaurants, and convenience stores. There was a park across the street which was also nice. The breakfast was excellent. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

It's soooo quiet and the food is awesome

The hotel is at remote area. It is only suitable for customers who are driving. It is also a love hotel which booking.com does not mentioned on the web, However, the room is big and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not good and difficult to communicate with the staff as they don't understand English at all.
