Staff was very friendly and cordial…Hiroko went out of the way to help me find destinations that I was looking for…Breakfast staff started both my days on a good note…I would recommend this property while being here in Miyakojima…..😇😃

The staff were very kind and friendly. I arrived in the morning, so I left my luggage there and went sightseeing, but they even lent me free beach towels before check-in. When I returned to the hotel to check in, the check-in procedure had already been completed and my luggage had been taken to my room. The room was spacious, had a nice interior, and was very comfortable. There was a free-use washing machine on the same floor, and it was great that detergent and other amenities were also free. Breakfast was included, and I was able to eat it there or take it with me like a bento box, which was convenient. I also stayed for two nights, but the breakfast menu was different each time.

The staff is phenomenal! Very courteous and professional. The room was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; the refrigerator was decent size (and cold); the air conditioner was clean and kept the room very comfortable; and the bathroom was spotless with a large tub, big shower head, and plenty of hot water. The cafe was clean and cozy, and the included breakfast was delicious!

The location is perfect. You can easily access the beaches easily from the hotel. They also have a bicycle rental and also they will help you to book a cab. There is also a takyubin in the hotel which is very convenient if you have to send stuff back home of to send omeyage to friends.

Love the hotel! I had the loft which was exactly what I dreamed. The hotel is close to the center many excellent restaurants to explore. Will definitely come back for the loft!

This is my seventh Rosewood property and it might be my favorite! (SBH is also highly recommended!) There are so many wonderful things to say about this resort, but I would say the beauty of the property including the stunning reef right off shore, the fresh sushi and service at Choma and the amazing spa were highlights! Specifically, my masseuse Ms. Kin Zing was the best masseuse I have ever had. I really enjoyed using the sauna and spa facilities daily. You can use them even without a treatment so some days I would pop by the sauna for 20 minutes. The treatments were outstanding and the tea service after each appointment was very special. I ended up locating the special Okinawa tea they offered and bringing some home. We had such a wonderful experience dining at Choma, the sushi restaurant, that we elected to dine there every evening. The service was exceptional. Every night they welcomed us to our favorite table and had our drinks and dinner ready without even asking. It was Rosewood service at its finest. Miko who manages the restaurant does a stellar job. And our server Shun was top-notch. Albara was also very attentive. Everyone should learn from Miko because she runs Choma like a Rosewood restaurant should be run. The food offered for the daily complimentary breakfast was also very good. I was a little disappointed in the limited pool menu and service, but this is still a relatively new Rosewood, and I imagine they will improve after receiving feedback. The property itself is stunning. Upon arrival you are able to look out over the entire property and see the gorgeous ocean view. We stayed in a beachfront king and were very pleased with our choice. It was short walk back and forth to the pool and the beach. Our patio and plunge pool had privacy behind the shrubbery. The ocean view rooms appeared to have excellent views over the ocean, but their balconies lacked privacy. However, I think this would be a small trade off for the view.

Very clean house, perfect for all of our needs. Good air conditioning and dryer cleaner was amazing.
