such an ideal location. made it conveinent catching the train or visiting the city. breakfast had an amazing selection and high quality.

If it were possible to give a higher rating than 5 I would, 10 sounds good. We were greeted by Shinoda-san and the service he provided was outstanding. We felt like special guests from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Staff was outstanding, Facilities were outstanding. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities. We will definitely be back.

My family really loved this hotel. It's really close to the train station, which was very convinient to us and the facilities were very good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff was very nice and profesional. We really enjoyed the onsen and the breakfast that was provided was very complete and diverse. I'll definitely stay a bit longer next time I travel to Hakone.

Staff were lovely from beginning to end and super helpful. Loved the room and the onsen! And the vibe overall was so lovely. The beds were INCREDIBLE, I slept like a baby.

We liked the price, but we didn’t know that it was a love hotel. The room was very spacious and it was provided with towels, different kinds of soap and dressing gowns.

Everything, the host(s) have prepared the house perfectly. And all we need to do just use it according to the rules. Like other reviews mentioned that there is a convenience store beside of it and help us to get other things 24/7. Also, you need to pay attention to the message(s) sent by the host(s). Because you will be ignored if you want to check in before the designated time.

Privacy from hotel management, easiness to access

Spacious, had plenty of amenities, close to the station (about a 4-5 minute walk), its cleanliness and exactly as described and as shown in the pictures.

The close location to the train station, close proximity to a little downtown street with great food, and the space in the home!

Spacious and very comfortable with two bicycles available; we rode them to visit Odawara Port.

Clean. Comfortable. Great location. Glad I read the reviews. I didn't use anything from the house because others had been charged extra for it. The owner was helpful, though neighbors were a bit surprised when I answered the door, as they were expecting the owner to live there.
