We had such a wonderful stay that was originally planned for just one night—but quickly turned into a longer visit! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were absolutely amazing: modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, which made our stay extremely comfortable as a family. The attention to detail really stood out. The staff were another highlight—genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home right away. The food was equally impressive. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with a great variety to start the day. We also decided to have dinner at the hotel, and it did not disappoint—an excellent international cuisine experience with high-quality dishes. Overall, it was such an enjoyable and relaxing stay that we simply couldn’t leave after one night. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back again!

The property was an absolute gem a perfect harmony of modern comforts and the charm of a rustic, traditional Lebanese home. Every corner held something magical. We arrived to a warm welcome: a heartfelt note from the owners, a basket of fresh local fruit, coffee, tea, and thoughtful touches everywhere. The home had everything TV, AC, Wi-Fi, games, a cozy reading nook, handmade soap, crochet blankets, and so much more. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of town yet it still felt serene. Two beautiful balconies, brimming with pots and flowers, added a magical atmosphere to our stay. It was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the owner was wonderfully warm and easy to communicate with. We wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful spot and without a doubt, we’ll be back!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. They even offered a complimentary room decoration, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with perfect blackout electronic curtains for a great night’s sleep. The hotel is a cozy two-story property, perched high up beside the clouds, offering a calm and cozy atmosphere. At night, we needed a taxi ride, and thankfully Miss Jannet personally picked us up and kindly refused any payment. Her hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Breakfast was delicious and Mediterranean in style, with fresh flavors that set the tone for the day. The garden is beautiful and relaxing. We didn’t try the pool, so we’re not sure about the temperature, but it’s good to note that you should bring your own towels if you plan to use it. I also appreciated that the hotel texted me in advance, letting me know to bring a jacket because it gets cold at night even in summer, and informing me that payment would be in cash. Both were very thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, warm hospitality, and a breathtaking escape above the clouds.

The staff are very friendly! Our room was very clean, lots of facilities available. Wifi was good, breakfast was delicious. We had dinner too in the restaurant, the food was yummy. Very affordable and few mins away from the center of Bcharri and the Cedar trees forest. Highly recommended!
