Nice and clean, location very close to airport

This hotel more than met my expectations. While it was a bit of a distance from the bus station (I was travelling to San Miguel) it was well worth the taxi expense to get there. Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and a great room with a wonderful view of Guadalajara.

Nice people and close to walk around and know places

We absolutely loved our first floor courtyard view room. We were traveling with our dog and could easily take her for a walk. We had room service on the patio.

A very clean room. Friendly staff. The hotel was close to a bus station. Close to main cathedral - walking to there was 25 minutes. A very good taco place across the street for eats & it closes at 6PM. Park close by with some venders selling art work.

The room is clean and big , it has every thing you need. The parking lot is big and comfortable. But the break fast is not good enough , the food is ok , no many choices . I got sick when I arrived and asked for plate of rice they didn’t have so I ask for a caldo de pollo … surprise it has rice . Then I ask for olive oil and they didn’t olive oil . So the kitchen is not good , the service is great .

As always, RIU is a reliable brand. Nice installations, nice food and good location.

I like how everything is close to the hotel

Hotel is beautiful, and location amazing, everything is near to the hotel.

Everything was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed. location, was perfect access to everything happening around down town GDL. We chose breakfast in our reservation, for we wouldn't have to worry about another meal so early before we started our day. A variety of options to choose from, not your traditional continental breakfast. Staff were all friendly, clean facility

Good service, facilities were clean and staff very friendly, they opened the rooftop to have a good view of New Year’s show. Bad part is we were advise they had a restaurant that serves breakfast till the last day of our stay, we had to go out for breakfast, this was our second stay on the hotel and nobody told us about it before , we found it out by our own But I’ll definitely stay on this hotel again, its locations is perfect, free parking, etc.
