Great stay within easy walking distance of Volendam attractions. The Manager was exceptional in terms of communication and willingness to accommodate special requests- ie baggage storage.

We stayed in the Hotel and were pleased with the welcome and information from the reception staff. Our room was spotless and very well maintained and appointed. It exceeded our expectations in all areas.

The staff were exceptonally helpful and friendly. They gave us great advice on what places to visit and the best way to get there. Also, the traditional Dutch breakfast was great. Having a hotel so close to the harbour was very unique.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Patrick’s studio guesthouse! The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Patrick was a fantastic host, responsive and welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed. The guesthouse had all the essentials and more, with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a peaceful atmosphere. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the easy access to local spots. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Cozy location and excellent breakfast served

The location was excellent, very close to the waterfront and restaurants, and the apartment was comfortable, clean and convenient for our family stay. The hosts were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Location was great, property was awesome but Kevin’s help and kindness, incl a late check out, was top notch! Highly recommended!!
