We will stay here again. It was great value. The house is spacious and well equipped. It's an older house but tastfully and well renovated. "Adorable" was one description from our team. It has a large heat pump so is comfortable in hot weather! Nice tv too. Location is good in central Roxburgh. Communication from the owners was excellent- fast response and very clear. They went out of their way to answer questions and were very helpful in providing access to the garage for charging our e-bikes.

A very charming historical cottage. Use of whole cottage gave our family of 4 plenty of room. Everything was very clean and comfortable. WiFi worked very well. It was a pleasant place to spend the evening and enjoyed my morning coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings. Owner very responsive to messages.

The location was great for me as I was spending time at Lake Roxburgh village.

We stayed here before when cycling the Roxburgh Gorge track. It was great the first time and just as good second time around. The unit is compact and self-sufficient with washer and dryer, secure storage for bikes, an excellent little kitchen and comfortable beds. Being detached and set back from the main road, it is also peaceful.
