Very helpful people. Flexible in every way and happy to help with anything. Rooms are clean, cosy and have everything you need. Quite far out of the city but perfect location if you need to get to the airport.

Great location and very quiet. Facilities were great and John was proactive and communicative. He provided a cot and highchair for our 7m old and she had a great time! The local animals are a treat, especially for young kids! The house was warm and well looked after. We'll likely be back!

Jasmine and Michael were excellent hosts and Jasmine's breakfasts were excellent.

It is always a bonus finding a nice property that allows pets. Semi rural setting.

David & Ruth's B and B was absolutely great with everything we could need as well as lovely personal touches as well. The location was perfect for us, peaceful, the bed was so comfortable, the breakfast (& treats!!) was great & we'd happily recommend a stay to anyone & we'll be back ourselves when next south. We also enjoyed a lovely meal with friends at the West Melton Tavern. A pleasure to meet you both & thank you.

For our whānau, it was important to have easy access to both necessities and a whānau celebration. This accommodation met our needs and the diverse ages, from our moko pepi to the oldies (us), and everyone else in between.

The whole facility is new. The room is clean with a modern touch. Good choice for air travel next day.

The place was very good, we were there late, the room was clean and all instructions were provided properly how to get in our room. The place is quiet and with a beautiful backyard and farm. The host was very friendly and helpful and also the homemade granola was so good that we had for breakfast and also the host baked a fresh bread for us . Got very quick responses regarding anything. It was a very peaceful and calming place not too far from the city

The house was well-suited for a team of 4. It was clean, comfortable, and provided a quiet environment after work. The booking was made only two days prior to arrival, and confirmation came through very quickly, which was greatly appreciated. The host was extremely responsive, regularly checking in and offering assistance throughout the stay. Overall, the experience was smooth and convenient, especially given the short notice.
