We have stayed in many hotels, B & Bs and other types of accommodation over the years, but the staff at Sonesta Yucay are exceptional! From the girls who cleaned our room to the restaurant servers, the smiles and personal greetings every day will always be remembered. Susan and Miguel and other senior staff treated us like family. The gardens, the ambience, peaceful atmosphere of the property will forever remain with us.

The cereals and yogurt; I came late after a massage and unfortunately the warm eggs were gone.

Wow!!! The rooms are completely new and beautiful like you see in the photos or even better! The views are really amazing! The staff extremely helpful and friendly! It is a place to relax and enjoy nature around with a view of the mountains and the super pretty town of Urubamba! We went directly there after arriving to Cusco since the altitude is waaay lower and this helps a lot to get used to the hard environment, we enjoyed the room, the view and also went down to the town which is super nice, small, pretty and not expensive. Then we continued our trip to Cusco. We highly recommend this place!

The hotel is beautiful, quiet, next to a peaceful river and surrounded by trees and green areas. My suite facing the gardens was spectacular and my bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have used in my life. The breakfast buffet which runs til 10am was exquisite and the tea station was the fanciest I have ever enjoyed. The best part of the hotel however were the PEOPLE. It's clear to me from the moment I entered and every call I made that these professionals have not only studied about hospitality but have received countless trainings because they really do their best to make you feel like a king and queen. Incredibly kind, smart, and warm humans. I slept soundly, danced freely with their jbl blue tooth speaker and enjoyed a very memorable bubble bath. Their pools and spas were gorgeous and their private beer bar was delightful. When you go be sure to make time to sit and read outside the breakfast area to see the urubamba river and watch the birds and butterflies. I drank many teas outdoors and I will always remember those quiet moments. When you go to the game area definitely enjoy a round of Sapo 🐸 and Id you don't know how to play ask a staff member. it's a traditional Peruvian game that can be enjoyed alone or with friends.

Beautifully property! Clean and expertly designed

Room is clean and spacious as shown in the pictures. We picked this apartment because it’s few minutes walk to another hotel where we were attending the wedding so location is superb for us. Stayed for four nights and the host offered change of towels after day two which is nice. Small but basic kitchen facility that we can cooked something simple for breakfast. The bed is very comfortable. Hot water for shower works well all time. Check in with door pin provided, fuss-free.

The rooms were clean and spacious. There was a wonderful garden area to sit and view the stars. Most of all the hosts were so hospitable and helpful. They went out of their way to find a gluten-free bread. They searched the Internet to check on events that were happening in and around pisac. They even took care of our driver, during our early morning pick up. Just super good people.

Everyone was very helpful. Sergio even brought our laundry in out of the rain! Just a great place with lots to do and great food!

Very nice house, and great size. The house has a lot of amenities, that we didn't get time to use, but great to have.

EVERYTHING IS AMAZING !!!!! The views were incredible from our very unique rooms. The food was also incredible - our first morning they set up breakfast on the grass in front of our dome.
