I recently stayed at this mountain resort and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to ensure every detail of my stay was smooth. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed. The resort's ambiance was exeptional. Surrounded by nature, it offered a serene and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Whether it was enjoying the mountain air, the lush greenery, or simply soaking at the pool in the peaceful environment, every moment was lovely. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with nature. It’s a gem I would gladly visit again! I like that its at the center (or idk) because its very near to the only fastfood (Jollibee) in the island. The ac was also very cold so thats nice. It also has heater for the shower.

The location is just fine, walking distance to the market, church, etc.

i like how the staffs were so accommodating, they welcomed us warmly and even helped us find the cookingwares which are provided by them and they also allowed us to use the kitchen, the bathroom was so huge, so far it was the best experience.

The space was amazing ! Very large cottage, super clean and the AC was quiet and worked really well. The kitchen was very convenient - we cooked breakfast and dinner every night. The small outdoor space was great in the mornings to relax and enjoy a coffee. The hosts were very responsive when we needed things and their dogs kept us company the whole trip. Would love to come back again.

Everything at this stay was perfect, the room is very spacious and comfortable , all well decorated and with a nice pool to refresh after a day at the beach. It also offers scooter for 350 pesos per day which for us was very convenient. It is run by Domenico who is a very kind person, all the time helping us and asking us if everything was ok. The day of our arrival he accompanied us to the laundry and helped us to book transportation to the Port on our last day, all in all it is definitely a great palace to stay when you are visiting Camiguin and I would recommend to anyone.

Incredible place. Everything is immaculate. Not just the room, but the outdoors as well is spotlessly clean, by far the cleanest place I've stayed at during my 5 months in the country. It's not very often rooms have clean mirrors, but here they were sparkling clean. Don't get put off by the seemingly boring 'highway location'. The very modern and almost new rooms are out on the back. Each of them has a private patio with a proper western size table and chairs. DS as well. The spacious room came with a good Aircon, a fridge, a kettle and a bed lamp, in addition to a huge amount of electric outlets, even outside on the patio. Excellent lighting. The bathroom was also spacious, and came with a divider by the shower. Hot shower, toilet paper and toiletries. The WiFi is very good. Excellent location near the port for the ferries to Bohol. It's very fast and cheap to get to and from town with the frequent Motorelas. I'm a budget traveller so with cheap, I mean cheap. I don't drive a motorbike, so if I knew this place was as nice as it was, and that the transport from here was so easy, then I would have stayed here for my entire week, instead of jumping around to different hotels.

The atmosphere was peaceful, the surroundings were lovely, and every little detail showed how much care and love the owner puts into this place. I also appreciated the personal touches, it truly sets Jenalfe apart from any ordinary accommodation.
