United StatesGreat host, we arrived on an unusual cold day for May and I messaged them to ask if they had any heaters and they came quickly. The house is big and it was very clean. You can park the car at the house entrance which is great because parking in Portugal is always a problem.

The building and rooms were out of a fairy tale, the kids LOVED it. The breakfast was generous and delicious. Parking was included and the location was wonderful in a cute town.

This is a beautiful old world hotel full of antiques and lots of charm. It was located near the famous Luso Termas. Parking was free and secure on site behind the hotel. The Breakfast was wonderful!
Buffet included eggs, bacon and mushrooms, plus cheeses , meats, fruits and breads. This was our favorite hotel on our trip to Portugal.

Great location - just behind famous Luso spring water fountain right in the middle of town. Easy, free on street parking. Buçaco National Forest just up the hill. Quiet. Slept well. Staff very friendly. Recommend, would stay again.

A true palace stay in a beautiful building fit (and made for) a king. The surrounding gardens are a national treasure. We were there on a cold, rainy February day and still loved our walk around the grounds. Breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we have ever had at a hotel. The evening meal at the restaurant was also very good. I can't stress enough the beauty of the building decor. Staff was warm and hospitable despite the stunning palatial setting. Ample parking.Very comfortable bed.
