This place stood out because dinner was included which is rare. The place was lovely and tje staff were kind and helpful

The entrance area was wonderful, with a nice fireplace, bar and seating area for plenty of people. Rooms were simple but comfortable and had a beautiful view, and gym had everything we needed to stay fit while on vacation. We also loved the proximity to Kulturvaven where there was a concert we were attending.

The staff were exceptional. Everyone was friendly, kind and helpful! Especially Jo - she was special and went to extraordinary lengths to ensure I knew where to visit and what to do. Even spending time to get to know me. Which is something that is missing in this increasingly digital world… We need more human love and kindness.

beautiful period correct atmopshere and decorations, front desk is open 24-hours. Parking is behind the hotel in a parking lot (with plugs for block heaters) but paid parking. Hospital nearby

The check-in and check-out process is quick and simple, everything can be done on your own. However, if you have any questions, Scandic's super helpful and friendly staff are there and happy to assist you 24/7. The lounge is nice and cozy, with different beverage and food options and quite a few accessories in case you forgot to pack anything. Good place to share a beer after a long day. There is a remote work area with a call booth. I didn't use it, but it was good to know one was available. Our room was just what we needed. Minimal, comfy and well thought-out. The bed was very comfortable and the multi-layered shades on our windows ensured we get a good night's rest. The location is quite central - near the main train station and numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. Absolute recommendation.

High service hotel with all facilities, free sauna, very tasty breakfast and dinner, beautiful lounge zone, free parking near hotel with charging stations for electric vehicle, cosy and clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Fast check in. Amazing view from hotel to the lake, nice interior design in hotel. Highly recommended

Location and breakfast are good

the 'room' (the annexet) was clean; it was a large studio for 6 persons so well enough for 4 persons breakfast was great, very much choice; very friendly and helpful staff good location close to the center; the building was an old prison; very nice to be there. We will certainly go back one day.
