I am an insulin dependent diabetic. I forgot my insulin in the refrigerator in my room. The maid saw the insulin, realized its importance to me, and notified the front desk. The woman at the front desk telephoned us immediately. We had driven half way to Bangkok and were unable to return to retrieve my medicine. The woman at the front desk mailed the insulin to our destination hotel. I believe she paid the postage herself. That’s excellent service.

A simple bungalow for those who enjoy being close to nature. It's pet-friendly, and our dog loved having extra greenery and grass to run around on. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Overall, we had a great stay.

The property feels like a magical garden with a huge swimming pool. The apartment was so big, comfortable and clean, everything was new and decorated nicely.

It was a perfect location for us! The internet had 5G so there was no problem getting work done. Easy access to the train station and many of the cool sites. Quick responses from the management. A perfect stay!

The gate at the front is a bit confusing when you first enter, but you get used to it. The staff is lovely, and the room, bed and bathroom are all clean and comfy. There's a couple places you can sit and do you thing, and they offer coffee and other drinks in the lobby. There's a restaurant nextdoor, and the neighbor next to that is a small grocery shop. They also have a huge washing machine available for which you need 40 baht in coins. If you only have paper money you can exchange it for coins with the staff. The popular temples, the night market and a 7/11 are all in the same big street around the corner.

I was at the hotel for one night in mid February and was very happy with my stay. Friendly staff willing to provide directions, recommendations, and help facilitate sightseeing. Clean rooms with solid fan, air conditioning, and comfortable beds. Bikes available for rent at a cheap price and located close to both temples and restaurants.

My Ayutthaya experience was beautiful because I stayed in this lovely hostel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the location was great. I will definitely return to the same hotel in the future.

Located in a great area. Literally across the street from the old city, a block away from the night market, and a stones throw from a coffee shop!!

My biggest worry, as anywhere else in Asia, was the bed, as I need a soft bed, specially after the spine surgery. Well, I was looked after very well. Problem solved in seconds. He helped me with a bicycle too. Host is a fine gentleman. Nice place altogether. Very clean.
