I highly recommend this property for families and people who are coming for trading. It’s a really huge apartment with all the things you will need for a stay of couple of days or week, near to to the city center in a very calm neighborhood where there are different shops supermarkets clothes shopping cosmetics everything that comes to your mind. The stuff hotel were very helpful and kind my son was ill they were very supportive to grab a taxi and they let us use the apartment for another hour until we got him the medication. We had a problem with TV it was not working they came and they fixed it immediately in a matter of 10 minutes. Van people are very hospitable, definitely will come back here again thank you.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service. I would like to specifically thank the gentleman who was the manager in charge at the reception on 19 March around 12:30-1pm, unfortunately I do not remember his name & called the hotel to ask about him to thank him in person, but still could not get a hold of him. I was not feeling well at all & had an upset stomach & he took care of me till I left for the airport around 3:30pm although I had already checked out. Thank you once again for your kindness & you set a perfect example for how a manager should be!

My family and I stayed here for three nights. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Our room was spacious, bright, and neat. It was also close to shopping centers, making it easy to get around by walk. The only downside was that the hotel doesn't have a private parking lot. However, the staff helped us find a convenient parking spot right in front of the hotel, and we were satisfied with the arrangement. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. They were always helpful, and I truly appreciated their hospitality. Overall, considering the price we paid, it offered excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.
