Centrally located in the Bay! Got family on SF, Oakland and Berkeley.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It also wasn’t too far from Berkeley. I also liked that it had a good sized pool.

Super clean rooms and free parking and coffee. Next door to shopping and easy to get to SF. Felt safe and loved the view of the city.

The staff was lovely, the room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable

The location in Berkeley is great close to BART for easy access to San Francisco

They had smoking rooms which was cool. Yiu could tell the hotel was older though my room actually used to be a one bes room apartment it had a bed in living room and bed in bed room... Its defintaly not the hilton but if you are lookkng for some where you can just go have a night out and not worry about nothing thats a pretty chill spot.... they also have no deposit and accept cash

The remodeling is coming along great. New management is nice

To provide white noise while simultaneously heating the room, I took off the face cover of the AC unit and toggled the switch to Constant Fan (the switch is located just below the control panel). This should probably be the default for all rooms.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The condo is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Previous reviews had commented that the backyard was overgrown, but it is really in beautiful condition now.

Excellent location convenient to BART and great bagel shop for breakfast. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable . All of our expectations were met. We will definitely return for another stay .

It’s a lovely unit with nice furnishing in an area of Oakland I felt safe to jog around. Thankfully it has a spot to park. Nicely provisioned household. I highly recommend!

I really liked that the property has gated doors leading to the stairways up to the rooms, which can only be accessed with a room key, it made the stay feel much safer. I was traveling with my sister and mentioned to the front desk that I was concerned about parking availability late at night, and although there was additional parking structures located close by, I didn’t want to walk alone at night just my sister and I. The staff member was very accommodating and assured us he would help us figure it out if no spots were available when we returned so we could avoid walking outside the property at night to find parking. Fortunately, when we got back around 2:00 a.m., there were plenty of open parking spots.
