Amazing hotel, amazing staff, quickest checkin ever

The hotel was probably in the best location we could possibly ask for given what we had planned over the 11 days. It was clean and well serviced and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again and thought it was good value. We were super close to the Cable Cars, the Muni train stations, heaps of Restaurants along with Target where we were able to purchase food and drinks. The AMC movie cinemas were only a few minutes away and the area always felt safe to me.

The location was great. Very convenient and close to a lot of nice vegan food establishments. The rooms were clean and adorable... my daughter loved her little loft bed. Would stay again.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! For a relatively cheap price per night, you get a recently-renovated hotel in the heart of SF.

The location is perfect for the wharf and there’s lots of public transit nearby. There are many amenities too and the stay is so cute and nice.

When I asked River the nicest most helpful man checked me in. The room was amazing it was quiet and clean and I felt safe.

Excellent Property. Perfect Location. Cleanliness absolutely Perfect. Excellent Staff. Right from Check in till check out..staff always available for your help. Morning tea and coffee available at right time. Overall Perfect for safe stay.

Room: Beautiful, with huge windows and a nice view. The kitchen corner was equipped beyond my expectations! Plates, utensils, glasses, kitchen towels, even sponge and liquid for washing the dishes. The only thing missing was a kettle for tea, but you can repurpose the coffee maker. Very comfortable bed, big bathroom. They warned me at check-in that the cleaning will not be done every day, but it was sufficient for me. Location: Great, few min walk to the union square, close to some bus stops. Just avoid going to the direction of the problematic neighbourhood. The terrace lounge was very nice and cozy, possible to take tea, coffee or hot cocoa.

This hotel is very close to everthing, shops, coffee bars. We walked always by foot and it was amazing.
