Excellent choice for an upscale modern hiker or business traveler. Perfect location. Great modern main reception area, multipurpose hangout that turns into a live music venue in the evening. You actually want to hang out in the lobby, never thought I could say this for a hotel. Amazing and modern room setup, simplistic and spacious. Great bathrooms, TV area, comfortable beds.

the room , location, free parking and breakfast

I loved our stay, but my husband likes a bigger room! In saying that the room had everything we needed. The bulletin board in front office with weekly events was a nice bonus. The restaurant across the street, The Lincoln, recommended by staff was very nice.

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was really good ! Also the central location made it very easy to visit Napa.

The room space, wonderful! Very big , like a mini apartment! Very nice picked colors for the room ambience and high ceilings! Lovely!

It was close to Uptown Theater. The check in was fast. Staff very friendly. Room was clean. Bed Comfortable. Most of all we felt safe.

The room was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary wine and snack on the verandah, and the breakfast was delivered hot and on time to our room. Very affordable and pleasant.

From the outside the hotel did look a little shabby but I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the room, clean, updated and very well appointed. I appreciated details like a full-length mirror, a well-lit vanity and mirror, makeup remover and actual coffee mugs instead of paper cups. A conditioning shampoo would have been helpful since I forgot mine but there is a supermarket across the street and I was able to purchase something for just $1.67. The lady running the hotel was very courteous and helpful and obviously takes pride in her business.

The historic room that we had was full of character and luxury. It was a real breath of fresh air having stayed in a few basic hotels during our road trip. Yes it is expensive but it’s a great location, It is a luxury hotel.It’s a shame that there isn’t a bar or catering facility in the actual hotel. But overall very enjoyable.

Location is so convenient because it’s smack in the middle of downtown so walking distance to everything! LOVED that they had rooms with 2 king beds! So spacious and comfortable with great view from the floor to ceiling window!

This is a gem and the nicest boutique hotel I have had the pleasure of staying in during my time in CA. The interior of both the room and the common spaces is absolutely beautiful. The Staff was genuinely friendly in a way that cannot be trained which is usually the case in large high end luxury hotel.

The stuff was beyond amazing, we really felt like we were visiting old friends. As for the room and all the facilities, we couldn't ask for more : room with bathtub, pianos in the common area, amazing happy hour and we really enjoyed the complementary plate of cheese and charcuterie when we arrived.
