I had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff truly made all the difference—they were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always one step ahead in making sure every guest felt comfortable and taken care of. It was clear that they genuinely care about providing a great experience, paying attention to even the smallest details. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where you feel valued and well cared for.

Location was perfect! Shuttle to parking lot was appreciated. Loved the lazy river!!!! Enjoyed all the scheduled activities. BINGO was fun! Best meal on property was the veggie breakfast scramble. Liked the convenience of having the store on property to purchase towels etc. Like having a full size refrigerator in our room.

Location is great bc it’s not really crowded. Beachfront view is gorgeous. Outside facility is clean & well kept patio and pool area. You can park in the hotel parking lot and not have to pay extra or have to park across from the hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location and view of the beach were great as was access to the beach. It was convenient to unload car in parking lot close to room door. Checking in late with Geo was easy and he was very friendly and helpful. The refrigerator was large and shampoo, soap and conditioner were provided as well as coffee. The air conditioning worked well and the balcony had chairs and a side table to sit and enjoy the view. The linens were clean and beds were comfortable.

Nothing and was very disappointed. The microwave had food in it. The elevator literally slammed shut as I got off and had my family not stopped it would have slammed shut on them. No rebound on the door at all. I mentioned to the manager. Disregarded it. Then to make it even better there is absolutely no hot water. Very disappointed Paid for an extra parking pass only to realize the parking lot is shared with Sharkys so what is the point of even issuing parking passes when clearly you will not have a place to park.

Beach access had wooden ramp rather than steps. Room had rear entrance. Room was at first floor level. These factors facilitated entry/exit to front parking lot and beach at rear especially when using wheeled cart rather than steps.

The room was a very uncomfortable the mattress, the AC was Very loud The parking lot was very far from the room, Every time we want to use the elevator wait 15 to 20 minutes nobody care the beach was close due to the weather, but the weather is good we waste our money will not recommend this place to anybody anymore and I will not use booking.com for businesses.
