We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and updated the unit was. It was such an excellent experience. If you’re looking to stay on Siesta Key and be within walking distance of everything, this is the spot. There were even beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach cart there for us to use. I highly recommend this accommodation… it was perfect!

We were desperately in need of a quick staycation before tons of family arriving for Christmas. So we came across this brand new hotel half a block from Point of Rocks on Siesta Beach. The room offered a modern and chic cottage vibe. Bed was super comfy and our sunrise walk on the beach was the cherry on top. The village was a close easy walk too. Many great shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend and we'll be back!

I loved how close and easy it was to travel from this location to the beach. It also came with way more supplies than I was expecting and it was SO clean. I couldn’t love this property more. This was my second time flying to Florida for vacation and this was my absolute favorite property. It also has beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach towels, shampoo and conditioner which is a win when flying from PA to Florida as you can not travel with these things. Book here!!!
