It was comfortable for a night stay. It covered our basic needs. The breakfast was varied, this is what we most liked about our stay.

Incredible staff! Everyone was super friendly and helpful with anything and everything we needed. There was a slight issue with our first room and they immediately switched us to another room. They helped suggest great places to eat and were generally happy and friendly — which was not the norm for our Uzbek trip. We stayed at the Intercontinental tashkent and the staff here was on par with the staff there. Super happy with this place and the highly trained staff we interacted with from the reception to restaurant.

The staff, however, were very understanding and kind — they didn’t charge me for early check-out, and I only paid for one night. The breakfast was good.

This looks more like a small resort than a hotel. It has swimming pools, gardens, internal hotels... It is a big gaudy. It is clean and comfortable. The location is not that great but then again there is really nothing to do in Fergana City. We had a tour guide, so for us this didn't matter. Breakfast was very good.

The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with little touches like bedside lamps, plugs near the bed, and coffee and tea in the room that made our stay even more enjoyable. The modern bathroom was a highlight as well. We especially loved having a large window in our room, offering plenty of natural light. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and spoke excellent English. The hotel is situated on a street that’s perfect for a leisurely stroll. While it’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, the entire walk was pleasant and scenic.

The property was really good: from level of service, polite staff, rooms and breakfast! On next time for sure I will stay here!

Good and super apartment. Very cleaned flat.

The room is perfect with a twin bed, desk, AC, and they brought a hot water maker for tea/coffee. Clean, compact and new.

The place was clean and easy to get to . The host was a nice and very helpful gentleman. He was available to answer any question and to try to help in every which we he can. I take this opportunity to thank him again.
