Awesome set up in nature, close to caves and hikes in national park. The bungalow was super cozy and comfortable, the host was absolutely amazing in hleping us with transports and booking activities. Could not have asked for a better service and environment while staying on the island.

Great location near restaurants, but far enough from the clubs that it’s quiet at night. The staff really make the place though. The manager Hoai doesn’t speak much English, but is great with Google translate. She helped me figure out how to get from Ho Chi Minh to Cat Ba (I was going to fly to Hanoi and take the bus, but she gave me step by step instructions on a shorter route from Haiphong airport to Cat Ba, and even sent photos of the bus I was to take.). And she was always checking in via WhatsApp, to see if I needed anything. Property has an elevator which was really nice being on the 6th floor!

The hotel is very new and clean, the staff was super helpful in booking us a taxi from the airport, a motorbike for our stay and a transfer to Hanoi. They even got us cash without having to go to the ATM. The room was very pretty and comfortable! The free water in the lobby is an extra plus.
