The host is super nice and responsive. She gave us a lot of tips about the Onsen. The 2-level apartment/house is very spacious and comfortable, each room has its own bathroom. Overall, we are very happy with the stay.

We were expecting a small room but got an entire bungalow with a mezzanine. It was immaculate and beautiful. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. They made us a delicious meal specially requested. The surrounding area in gorgeous and conveniently located to the entrance to the national park.
