We loved the views, how quiet it was, and the general space. We had an outstanding night sleep. Our kids love the space and we loved all the natural light. The sent us a video to make sure it was clear how to access the house, which was AMAZING!

We had a great stay at Pristine Patagonia. Vanessa and the rest of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We mentioned we would be leaving early in the morning to get to Torres del Paine and they prepared some food early for us. Due to some unforeseen itinerary changes we ended up coming back to Pristine Patagonia for an additional night later in our trip. We were able to store our luggage while we were away hiking which was very convenient. The hotel is also very centrally located in Puerto Natales close to places to eat.
