United StatesWe had a great stay at Pristine Patagonia. Vanessa and the rest of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We mentioned we would be leaving early in the morning to get to Torres del Paine and they prepared some food early for us. Due to some unforeseen itinerary changes we ended up coming back to Pristine Patagonia for an additional night later in our trip. We were able to store our luggage while we were away hiking which was very convenient. The hotel is also very centrally located in Puerto Natales close to places to eat.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is located outside Puerto Nateles close to the shoreline,
It's a perfect hotel with an excellent restaurant. We booked a 3 bed room which was really great with a very nice view on the bay.
The hotel has a large private car parking area in front of the house.
Quality of the food (breakfast & dinner) was outstanding.
We can only recoomend this hotel!

This place is an amazing value for your money. It is walkable to the town center, super clean and comfortable bed. Amazing hot shower with pressure. Owner is friendly and helpful and great breakfast served at 5am. There is lots of free parking on the street. We could not ask for more.

Check-in and overall communication worked very well, super flexible.

Check-in was easy.

Easy check in with door code, no keys required.
Hosts came when it was convenient for us to charge us, able to pay with credit card.

Everything. Vinnhaus was a great stay. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make us vegan options at breakfast. The bathroom and bedroom were as pictured and were great. There's no car park at the property which I didn't realise (although I'm sure it says on Booking.com, I just didn't spot it) but there's plenty of free on-street parking around (just ask at reception).
