The receptionist was very helpful and kind. He speaks fluent English. The accommodation was on point: "German" clean, very warm, spacious, bright, with a free of charge bar. The bed was very comfortable. The room is soundproof. A coffee machine is available in the dining area. Parking in front of the hotel is free of charge. I thing there really wasn't much that we didn't like there. The hillside location with fog rising from the valley in the evening, the animals - cats, ponies, deers in the garden, the recently renovated rooms, decent breakfast. Kids quickly fell in love with the place and demanded a return visit.
