Very nice "boutique style" small hotel. The receptionist was very nice. We didnt have the possibility to try breakfast as we needed to leave early for the morning flight. Perfectly clean, nice views. Good location close to Bagrati cathedral and near steps leading to city center. Fresh white bed linens and towels. Would stay again if sometimes visiting Kutaisi.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Sat on the balcony drinking coffee watching the river, which albeit slightly less blue than the photo, looks exactly like the photograph. Kakha is an absolute treasure, and nothing was too much; he gave us a corkscrew and nice wine glasses to take onto our private balcony. The room had a full size fridge, which in summer in Georgia is not just useful, but significantly improves the overall experience. Checkout at 12 is a lovely change, it makes the whole experience more relaxing, rather than feeling like you have to rush out and can't enjoy the morning.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Kutaisi. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and everything was well organized. One of the best stays I’ve ever had. Hamish is a fantastic host that truly cares about his guests and their experience at the hostel. Ended up staying here twice because it’s just that good. If you’re coming to Kutaisi, you have to stay here.
