We were warmly welcomed by a lovely friendly and helpful receptionist who spoke excellent English. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to all our needs. Our room was exceptionally clean. The hotel must have excellent cleaning staff. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay perfect.

Great place to stay. The host is kind, welcoming and ready to help with whatever you might need. You even get A/C in the room. My bed was high-quality and king-size, it was very comfortable. I would come here again if I returned to Banja Luka.

Boravili smo jednu noc ali zaista smo prezadovoljni. Sobe su prostrane, ciste, uredne i moderno uredjene. Na veoma lijepoj i tihoj lokaciji, sa pogledom na planine, udaljeno ca. 20 minuta autom od centra Banja Luke. Osoblje veoma ljubazno i profesionalno. Jako brz check-in i check-out. Besplatan parking ispred glavne zgrade. Dorucak je bio OK, svjeze pripremljen. Sve u svemu, toplo preporucujemo.

Sve mi se dopalo. Lokacija je perfektna, imate manje od pet minuta do centra grada. Ukoliko dolazite autom mozete ga parkirati u podzemnoj garazi. Enterijer stana je divan, vodjeno je racuna o svakom detalju. Blagi tonovi, udoban krevet, elektricni kamin, sve. Ako ponovo dodjem u Banja Luku, znam gde cu odsesti. Preljubazan staff, pohvala za Marka.

Top za ovaj kes, lik sto nam je davao kljuceve super chill i gotivan, sve po dogovoru ispostovo, apartman cist i uredan kao na slikama, a o lokaciji da ne pricamo, ne moze bolje.

Very nice and fully equipped apartment. You don't need to bring anything. There was even fruit and cold drink in the fridge. There is laundry machine with detergent. Private parking is the big plus and near old town and many good restaurants nearby. The host is nice and helpful.

Location can not be better.Close to everything,still quiet . Apartment is super clean,everything is a brand new,spacious and very well equipped.One of the best properties we ever stayed.

This is a very nice place to stay, new owners have clearly spent money to renovate public areas and bedroom. The staff were so friendly and the owner very nice indeed. Located in a quiet neighbourhood but center easily reached by bus or taxi which cost us 5 euros. Big car park so ideal for travelers with their own vehicles. I would stay again for sure!

Although having a hot tub/shower in the bedroom would not be my choice for the layout:) they really covered all the things a traveller might need (super comfortable bed, TV, fast wi-fi, sockets, hangers, spare blankets and towels, hairdryer, kettle and even complementary coffee) For English-speakers, 'apartment' may be misleading. This is a suite (one-room, no kitchen, etc.). Spotlessly clean and comfortable. AC takes a while to heat up the room so turn it on as soon as you get there (am sure the cooling would work much faster). Never met the hostess (easy self-checkin) but she was super responsive by WA. Knowning the city pretty well, don't think you can get a better location for this price (20-minute walk to the centre/attractions by the beautiful Jovana Ducica street, less than 10 minutes to an airport bus stop, close to a big mall/supermarket). Would use again and recommend to anyone.

Loved the location, the cleaningness, the availability of the private parking in the garage, easy communication. The host went an extra mile proving a crib for our baby.

Everything you could want. Great host, very accommodating and a lovely updated apartment. Diagonally across the street from the start of the pedestrian zone.
