Relatively clean and quiet. Close to good restaurants and grocery stores. Staff was very responsive. A/C in rooms. Coffee shop with good coffee, drinks and some breakfast food on site.

Beautiful and cozy apartment that has everything you need and makes you feel at home. It's a short walk to the beach and the location is very quiet and calm. The balcony and view are amazing! Would definitely visit again.

The bungalows were very clean and in a good condition. The green areas were trimmed and maintained. A lot of roses and flowers. There is a big space to park cars in front of the property. They have also a common area where we were able to gather and spend our evenings. They also provide some food and drink options there so no need to get out of you don’t want to. We were a group of friends with dogs and we occupied almost all the bungalows for a week. The property is pet friendly and they never made any comment on this that our dogs were playing. The location is near the Butamiata beach and on a walking distance from the village restaurants.

One very clean and cozy house

The guesthouse is perfectly equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. There’s a spacious outdoor area with BBQ facilities and plenty of firewood, an outdoor kitchen stocked with all kinds of utensils and cookware, and a very nice dining space. Georgi, the host, made our stay truly unforgettable — he was helpful in every situation and made us want to come back to Sinemorets again.
