A hotel is in on lake with the ancient building. Staff is extraordinary especially the lady in reception she waited for us to come and took care of our small dogs and left her parking space in front of hotel. They have fish restaurant on lake terrace, the rooms are quite spatious, clean and comfortable.

Wonderful experience! The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and the staff went above and beyond to support us. We really enjoyed our stay at Bed and Breakfest Chiarina. It is situated in a lovely village in a beautiful valley close to Mendrisio. The facilities are recently renovated and are very comfortable. The host, Richi prepared an amazing breakfest with local ingredients every morning. He went above and beyond with advice on actitivities and helping out wherever he could.
