Quiet and peaceful and nice location

Everything was clean, people were nice, the staff were nicer and helped us a lot. The location was great with amazing views and a half-natural environment. The igloos were cozy and warm.

The place is amazing with the best view. The staff is very friendly and very responsive. I forgot to ask the name of lady she was very kind to our kids and even gave chocolates to us at the time of checkout. The place has two terraces and you can enjoy your meal with lake view. The place also comes with fishing opportunity where you can catch perch and trout all day long (check local regs) If you are tourist then property managers can also help to get temporary fishing license. I wish I could stay a bit longer and people who are managing it doing great job.

Clean rooms, beatiful views, spacious garden by the lake

The breakfast and the staff were exceptionally good. The location is nice however, the bus route 60 appears every hour from Spiez to interlaken.

Everything about the cute little bungalow is perfect. And the best way to experience the Switzerland nature. Panoramic views right when you step out and the house was very comfortable

Everything is great. Milk was provided even kitchen was closed as we arrived late and we need for my baby.

Everything thing is perfect except wifi

everything in this hotel is great, but I had a car, probably without a car is not a great idea, the hotel is old but renovated, nice, very clean, confortable good size of rooms and bathrooms

It was very clean, the location was appropriate. The attention that was given to us was kind and really fast. The music at the kitchen was also great!

The staff were extremely helpful, the hotel is very close to Interlaken West station, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. It’s a simple, basic hotel, but truly a wonderful place to stay
