We (Family of 5) really enjoy staying at Anstatthotel Horw. We dont have problem with the smart feature of this hotel. Bus station in front of hotel, close to Pilatus Market and asian restaurant . Can walk to the lake. We rent suit room the space are huge amd have complete kitchen utensil - lake view , We extend our stay tobe 7 night. the environment are quiet and we really enjoy saw footbal/sport practice in front of the hotel. Definately back in this hotel in future

Great location, just 3 minutes walk from the Alpnachstad train station. Easy to travel to Luzern and nearly places. Also a stone throw's away from the cogwheel train going up to Mount Pilatus. The neighbourhood is quite and safe. The size of the apartment is just right for a family of 3 or 4. One double bed in each of the two bedrooms. Comfy beds. We didn't have time to cook meals but the kitchen is well equipped. Toilet is spotless and sufficient towels provided. And thanks to the owner who provided milk, fruit juice, cheese and bread free of charge. It's great to have a late night snack when we got back to the apartment.

Everything was fantastic during our stay. The location is amazing within the city as well as the facilities and rooms as well as the common living area is fantastic. The staff was very accommodating as soon as we arrived and they made check in and check out extremely easy. A++

The studio was very comfortable and cozy .. all what you need is there for you and the location was perfect.

Very nice studio apartment in a prime location. It has all the required facilities. The staff was very helpful. It's just 1 stop from Lucern Railway Station and after that you need to walk for 7-8 mins. By bus it takes approximately 30mins in total. Highly recommended!!

Check in was very easy, the lake view was great, room was large and comfy, breakfast was very good, staff was very helpful and there was a parking spot for the car.

Everything. It was our first visit in Lucerne. The lake view upgrade was exceptional. The breakfast and dinner were awesome. The receptionist was beyond helpful( a blonde girl with a pony tail, she was very eh helpful in managing our trip to mount Pilatus.). Will definitely go there again. It was a memorable trip for me and my family. 10/10.

Super friendly staff who really made an extra effort, even if we only stayed for one night. Clean, comfortable room, nice big terrace for dinner, EV charging point reserved for us. Nice location for walks.

The room was immaculate with an incredible view, and one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever had!! The staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay, and the area itself was so peaceful and quiet, especially early in the mornings. We also loved the breakfast. We easily could’ve stayed for another 3 nights - we will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and dinner

The property and location were excellent, and our stay was very comfortable throughout. Everything was well maintained and made for a great experience. If I visit Lucerne-Kriens again, I would definitely choose to stay here again.
