The location is very remote, and I really enjoyed the peace and quiet this provided. Going for a walk along the train tracks in the evening was magical. The facilities were great -- the bed was really nice and big and SUPER comfortable, the breakfast had so many options, with a nice info paper about the days weather and offerings, and of course the spa was amazing. I think it was especially great that the spa was open to guests earlier, I basically had a huge bathtub entirely to myself to enjoy. It was incredible.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had informed them that I will be traveling with my dog and they had even arranged a dog bed, towel, and bowls in the room in advance. The ambience of the hotel was also very peaceful and I had access to the wellness facilities. My dog and I really enjoyed our nature escape and were able to recharge our batteries at the hotel!

very convenient location , just 2 minutes walk way from the railway station. The room has a very good view of the mountain. The hotel located is only 2 stops of train from Rigi Kulm. It is a pefect experience to walk a bit around the hotel at the Rigi, extremly beautiful view especially in the morning and in the later afternoon... The breakfast of the hotel is quite good, lots of choices.
