The people, facilities and location. The room was great with excellent views. It's a family run business. We received great hospitality from all the staff. We had a great chat with the proprietor Michelle who is an excellent host. We learned many things about the Chinese culture from her. We wish her and her family all the best! Highly recommended.

The property was located minutes from the attraction, walking trail to the close by restaurant was very nice.

the location of thr hotel is in a quiet village, perfect if you want to enjoy nature and a peaceful time in Guilin. The rooms are great, the staff helped us with absolutely everything, breakfast was tasty and you can even use their motorbikes for free... we came back again and will do it next year!

Riverbank Hotel is a wonderful place to stay! The view of the river is absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The neighborhood is vibrant and charming. The staff were welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable and well-kept. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a scenic and relaxing stay!

The staff, especially one staff member, was amazing. Helped so much with trips and gave so much advice and very friendly. The breakfast is also amazing, and the breakfast dining room is very comfy. The hotel overall is just very cute and our room was very cute. and the staff are extremely (like I want to emphasize it) friendly and helpful. Even packed us lunch for our boat trip when we left the hotel.

Great area within walking distance of the core area in Guilin. Good local feel.

Our room had million dollar view. It was spacious. The giant bath was fun and relaxing. The outdoor kitchen with best view. The use of the washing machine, hang dry on porch. The staff were nice & helpful. There is a lovely river walk 1/2 block away. Great street food, bakery, vegetable & fruit stores & restaurants. Good location.

Beautiful and very clean hotel. Location is good, close to north railway station and to tourist attractions. The lady owner was very helpful. There was a marathon on the day we checked out and roads were closed from 8 am to 10 am, so we couldn’t get a taxi. She brought us to the railway station herself so we would catch our train. We are very thankful to her.

This is an excellent hotel with great value for this price! I highly recommend to stay in this location - especially if one wants a more quite place. The staff is incredibly friendly, the room clean and big and, the pick up from the train station a nice add-on. Anytime!
