Staff at the reception were very helpful and give us an upgrade. We had a beautiful room on the 5th floor , close to the rooftop terrasse where we could enjoy a wonderful scene.

My stay at this hotel by the Yulong River was nothing short of magical! The moment I arrived, I was stunned by the breathtaking scenery. The river, flanked by lush greenery and karst mountains, created a picturesque backdrop right from my room window. The so - called "Mirror of the Sky" on the roof top of hotel was a dream come true; it perfectly reflected the clouds and mountains, offering countless photo - worthy moments. What truly made my experience exceptional was the hotel staff. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Whether it was recommending local gems or helping with my luggage, their service was top - notch. This hotel is an absolute must - visit for anyone seeking a serene getaway with natural beauty and outstanding hospitality!

this place was amazing and cheap. also so near to city center. for my next holiday I would like to visit yangshuo city and want to stay in room has a balcony. I already miss you Lily （hostel owner）, I really want to go yangshuo again and stay in this guest house again . ❤️❤️

I loved that this hotel was smack in the middle of the beautiful karst scenery. The hotel had bikes available to rent and provided a wonderful biking route to see lush greenery, flowers, the Yulong river, ancient Chinese bridges and even a little village from the Ming era. The hotel staff was so helpful and warm. The on site restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinners. Highly recommend staying here!

The property is super convenient, right next to the water bus, 10 minutes away from the main street, good location, good wifi, and good price! The staffs are super helpful too, help me on finding good traveling places, good restaurants and transportation.

Staying at this hotel near Yangshuo West Street was an absolute pleasure! Its prime location made everything incredibly convenient. Whether I wanted to explore the bustling street, dine at local eateries, or visit nearby attractions, everything was just a short walk away. The rooms were a haven of comfort, featuring soft beds and modern amenities that ensured a restful stay. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were always friendly, greeting me with warm smiles and promptly addressing any needs. They even gave great recommendations for local experiences. This hotel perfectly combines convenience, comfort, and top - notch hospitality.

The Staff was extremely helpful, considerate and have the mindset to think for others such as our needs. They are the pillars for this accommodation and makes the place alive.

The staff was absolutely fantastic and kind, the service was above our expectations. We were provided a beautiful crib for our baby and the room was beautiful.

We had a great stay at The Giggling Tree. Alice, Helene and the rest of the team were super helpfull and gave us great tips (especially one viewpoint at sunset really stood out and we would have never gotten there without Alice's help!). The breakfast buffet was delicious with so many choices. Not to be missed! All of the food was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Our villa was gorgeous and very well appointed. We did have a problem with our air conditioning. They offered to move us, but ultimately they were able to fix the AC in our original unit. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was super clean and cozy. The location is close to many attractions and restaurants. Would happily come back!!

Tucked within a ring of emerald-green mountains, this hotel offers serene views from its sun-drenched terraces. The staffs was incredibly proactive, arranging transportation and renting us sturdy bikes for countryside adventures. The room with a balcony perfect for the relaxing. A flawless mix of natural beauty and modern comfort.

Yangshuo Village Inn is not fancy but it had everything we need. The staff were very kind and professional. They were willing to help us with travel tips and suggestions and did not try to make profits out of it. The food was great and good value. We brought wine and they set the wine glasses without charge. The building and the facilities are very well maintained. Our favorite was their bikes that we could rent for free.
