Excellent location, just minutes to metro station and MH Mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jessie Doug who gave us a nice corner unit with an excellent view. I guess that day was not too busy, we got our room when we arrived at noon. We even received a birthday cake from the hotel because we came here to celebrate our niece’s birthday.

The only bad thing about the hotel was that I was not informed in advance that the pool was inactive until next month. Although the pool was great ! Perfect for families and long stays – we’ll definitely be back! This is our second time staying at this hotel, and once again we were impressed. The management is extremely pleasant and responsive – they did everything exactly as we asked. When we needed kitchenware and other daily essentials, they brought them to us and even bought some items specially for our convenience. The place is ideal for family holidays and long-term living. Everything is comfortable, well-thought-out, and feels like home. The location is also a big plus: there are many shops nearby, and the metro is within walking distance. It’s a new residential area, so it’s quiet and modern. True, it’s not right in the city center, but if your goal is not just sightseeing but also working or living with your family, this is the perfect balance of quality and comfort. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
