Absolutely terrible and unacceptable experience. We booked this apartment for 23.04–24.04 and clearly informed the host in advance that our check-in would be at 02:00. They confirmed that late arrival was not a problem and told us we could arrive whenever we wanted. However, when we arrived in the middle of the night, they completely disappeared. No replies to messages, no answers to calls, and no key instructions were provided. We were left standing outside with our luggage at 2 AM, with no access to the apartment we had already paid for. This level of irresponsibility is shocking. It is disrespectful, unprofessional, and caused us serious stress and inconvenience in a foreign country at night. A host who abandons guests like this should not be allowed on Booking.com. I strongly warn others to avoid this place unless you want your trip ruined and to be left stranded with nowhere to go.

Exellent apartment, kristaly clean, spacious, light and well ventilayted. The host put everything what I need for good breakfast😋. And there is the big bakery next door👍 The shower was extrimly hot after 20 min. You have separate parking place, so rent a car and have a nice trip!

The villa is very nice and well maintained, and the rooms are very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking and eating, as well as dish washing, laundry and dryer machines. The outdoors and the pool are beautiful as well, unfortunately we couldn’t use because of the cold weather. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, but also close to the center of Larnaca. The host was amazing! She was very welcoming and generous, and willing to help when needed.

Μοναδικό κατάλυμα! Ολα ήταν υπέροχα! Νέα κατασκευή! Ευρύχωρο! Πεντακάθαρο! Τα πάντα ήταν καινουρια! Ο διαχειριστής πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε! Θα το προτιμούσαμε σίγουρα και πάλι στο μέλλον!

i love the facilities and everything that came with it … i love the facts that my kids were comfortable all through and feels homely . Had a mini party for our daughter and everyone who stopped by had something good to say about the apartment . The host and his families are as well good people . Would come back again.
