This was an amazing experience for our family with 2 kids. Absolutely wonderful time spent together, away from "civilization". The hotel is truly a castle with everything made to enjoy the stay. Hotel staff are amazing and welcoming, always ready to help with any request. I cannot name anyone because all of them were super nice - ladies at the reception, technicians/yard cleaners, rooms cleaners, restaurant staff, spa staff - literally everybody. Food was very fresh and delicious. Spa services are at high standard and very affordable. Wi-Fi is stable and high speed. And a note to all guests coming by cars during winter time - bring snow-chains (it requires just 5min to put them), there is about final 5-7km when it is highly recommended to use to feel safe and stressless.

Good location to explore the town. It’s short walk downhill to town but on the way back is quite a walk up hill 😂 We had a nice stay at the hotel. Plenty of parking space!

Good location, clean and quiet

The hotel is right in the center, everything was within couple minutes of walking. The staff was nice and the breakfast was great.

An extremely large and clean apartment 100 m from the Colonnades on a flat street. Big and completely equiped kitchen. Extremely quiet, facing the pedestrian-only area. Full of restaurants and cafes.

There are many other reviews related to obvious features such as location, cleanliness, etc. I am joining and sharing all good opinions. Barely can add anything new

Great staff offering activities advice

It is very well located, clean and nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with a hot water pot for coffee / tea and a mini fridge. When you walk into the room it was a HUGE space with French doors leading out to a small veranda overlooking the downtown area. Breakfast in the mornings is wonderful and VERY Impressive with, Meats, Eggs, Cheeses, Pastries, Fruits, Breads, and a verity of coffee types. This was First Class all the way! Check in was a breeze! At first it was kind of hard to find the parking lot, but the gentleman stayed on the phone with me and give me turn by turn direction. SUPER NICE PEOPLE!

Location is a little far from the city center but it's walkable (1h) and sometimes there are buses but mostly Bolt drivers. All in all a great value for the money.

Location was great, quiet rooms, comfortable beds. There really wasn't a shower but a bath tub with a shower hose attached but was still great. Parking was private at the hotel.Make sure you book that when you book your room

The accommodation is excellent: clean, bright, quiet, with new furniture and a comfortable bed. The staff are kind, helpful, friendly, and positive. I had a problem with another hotel, and the check-in, adnd staff helped me resolve it. The breakfast is excellent, and the restaurant on the ground floor is also good. For anyone visiting the Moser Glass Factory, this accommodation is ideal, as it is located 15 minutes by the walk from the factory. The old town pedestrian zone is 40 minutes from the accommodation and can be reached on foot via parks and tree-lined paths.
