This is a the most wonderful place to stay. The staff and patrons are so friendly. And the breakfasts are included in your stay. The quality of food and service blew us away. They also offer complimentary cocktails if you forgo daily cleaning services. Which we greatly enjoyed! Note that you can’t drive here, you must park at their sister hotel in the town and take the cable car up the mountain. You get unlimited passes to use the cable car.

Very nice place in the heart of Bad Harzburg. We had a lovely room overloooking the Bummelallee and the creek. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was delightful with good selection and eggs cooked to order. Staff were very nice. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was good and sufficient, a tiny bit of local products and some basic good food rounded it up to be a very nice and tasty breakfast, but the nicest part was that we could just sit relaxed and finish our coffee despite sitting after the hours of breakfast and were still met with just smiles and friendliness whether we would need something, it felt homey and relaxing

We had to book last minute, and the hosts were very responsive, understanding, and managed to clean the apartment and find a baby crib with an extremely short notice from our side. We liked the apartment, it had everything needed, and a nice mountain view.

Nice clean apartment in great location

This was a same-day booking for me and it worked out great. The hotel is centrally located close to everything Bad Harzburg has to offer. Although the building is old, the hotel is well maintained. It is in the process of being remodeled with attention to detail, and my room was spick and span. The staff were very freindly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. There is onsite parking at no extra charge. I would definitely stay here again.
