MALIS holiday home was completely renovated in 2023 and designed with an open living concept. The approx. 66 m2 small holiday home welcomes you with bright rooms, underfloor heating throughout the house, a winter garden to relax in and a private parking space. The property is fenced and also has a south-facing terrace and a lockable garden shed for at least 2 bicycles. Equipped with a double bed in the bedroom and a 140x200 cm fold-out sofa bed with mattress in the living room, up to 4 people can sleep here. You can also look forward to a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob and fridge-freezer combination. Both the living room and the bedroom have a flat-screen TV with pre-installed apps. The fountain of youth and thus the Bad Harzburg city center is approx. 700m away and can be reached on foot in 8 minutes.
