Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff wonderfully helpful. Location splendid, yet still it was quiet at night. Loved the sound of the creek flowing right outside the window.

Location is good, although not the best. The Hosts were wonderful, Hotel is clean, rooms are nice and spacious.

This is a the most wonderful place to stay. The staff and patrons are so friendly. And the breakfasts are included in your stay. The quality of food and service blew us away. They also offer complimentary cocktails if you forgo daily cleaning services. Which we greatly enjoyed! Note that you can’t drive here, you must park at their sister hotel in the town and take the cable car up the mountain. You get unlimited passes to use the cable car.

Very nice place in the heart of Bad Harzburg. We had a lovely room overloooking the Bummelallee and the creek. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was delightful with good selection and eggs cooked to order. Staff were very nice. I would definitely stay again.

Exceptional and beautifull hotel with a lot of character. Very friendly people, big clean and still cozy room with comfortable bed and pillows, soft bed sheets and bathroom with good water pressure. 5 min walking to the city centre. The breakfast was beautifully served with good quality of everything you might need or want and felt like a very fancy 5 star restaurant. We loved the whole experiance and felt sorry we stayed only one night. Highly recomended.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. As cyclists we loved the location in the forest and beautiful paths, the Spa (Turkish bath in particular) to warm up and relax afterwards, the delicious fruits for breakfast, and the spacious room. We'll come back!
