Location and service were fine

The Premiere Classe Hotel near the Caen Memorial Museum, suited us perfectly for our trip. The price was incredible and included free parking and breakfast. The breakfast was quite nice with several choices and baked goods. The room was very quiet, despite the hotel being fully booked. The room was large enough to accommodate two large bags, while basically furnished, was comfortable, clean, and offered everything we needed, including an ensuite bathroom. The location was great for visiting the Memorial Museum and travelling on towards the Normandy WWII sites. There was an elevator available.

The bathroom was excellent as we had booked a disabled room. The access was easy. The bed was huge and very very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was an excellent restaurant next door which just involved walking round the corner - no distance at all.

Perfectly clean, comfortable, nice staff, everything was amazing. Room was spacious and no problems at all. I especially appreciated the lady in the evening when we arrived. I was talking in french and she recognized I was not native, but that I had no big problems speaking and she continued speaking french. Great staff is worth gold.

We felt this was the perfect apartment for us to explore the Normandy area. We loved the city vibes here in Caen. It seemed up one street from. Our apartment was a lively young party place with lots of good food and drink and in the other direction more family establishments. The apartment is across three stories so a little quirky but it was absolutely immaculate. We parked our rental car in the pay garage about a block away. By far the absolute best part was the Friday market which is steps from the apartment and goes for blocks and blocks. Caen keeps their streets very clean and we always felt safe even around the busy night life

It was an ideal base for us touring Normandy’s many ww2 museums, we opted for a room with a kitchenette diner for our own convenience, the staff we helpful and friendly

We experienced excellent service from all the staff. The people in the dining room at Breakfast and for the evening meal were excellent and a big shout out to Tom on reception who was incredibly helpful.
