We would like to thank Emmanuelle for her hospitality and a high customer focus. We stayed in her apartment for 2 nights and she was always available to assist. The location of the apartment is ideal for sightseeing, shopping and visiting various restaurants. Parking instructions were perfect (i.e. a public parking is 2 min walking distance). Beds in both bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony is stunning. Bathroom is extremely clean. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine and 4 bottles of water. Emmanuelle kindly agreed to help and arranged a cake for my husband's birthday as per my special request. Many thanks. We would love to come back.

This is probably the coolest place that we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels. Everything about this place was amazing. The hot tub and the sauna were spectacular. The glass floor was a really nice touch and the bedroom in the cellar was almost like a fairytale it was so nice. The water heater was great, which is not always the case when staying in France and the shower was also very nice. What a great place to stay. We would love to come back and stay again sometime.

Tropical fish tank in the lobby I could watch all day!! View of cathedral was great as was view to the river Sein! Great hotel decorations!
