Most of all we would like to thank the staff at the aparthotel, especially Baptiste. He was extremely helpful and friendly! Also, the location of the hotel is great, you can easily reach any part of Paris by metro. Highly recommended!

It was near the city, there was a RER station near the hotel, staff was excelent.

Great hotel. Staff is very nice. Had everything we needed. Location is outside of Paris but just around the corner from a metro stop, so it's no issue at all. The price was excellent for what we got. Merci por votre hospitalité.

okay first of all do not mind the bad reviews here. our stay here was very pleasant. the room showers and the toilets were kept clean at all times during our stay. the reception staff is so helpful and friendly. thanks to hotel moderne for a great experience.

The neighbourhood is very nice and safe. You can have a nice walk and there is a lovely Thai restaurant where you can eat but you need a reservation. Walking distance to the supermarket and bus stop. The appartment is very nice, airy, super clean, comfy and above all the staff and landlord are super sweet, helpful and welcoming. The apartment is fully equipped with all your needs. The kitchen is extremely tidy and well put together. The bathroom is super clean and very nice the rooms are very comfortable and neat . We were very pleased with how the apartment was easy to access and how very well secured it was . We encountered staff members who were extremely nice, helpful and polite. We also met the landlord she is very kind and very helpful a joy to talk with. During our stay a lightbulb malfunctioned which was immediately replaced with a new one and its these types of services and encounters that made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is quiet and walking distance to the metro. The flat is well equipped and communication was great. Strongly recommended!

Self check in was very convenient. We were able to drop luggage off early, which was a great help. All the appliances were in good condition and the apartment was well equipped. Loved having the balcony!

The apartment was cozy, and we had all the comforts of home. The kitchen is small but very functional, and we were able to cook a couple of dinners and lunch there. The laundry machine was a great bonus. The Host is great and worked with us after a little issue with getting her a security deposit on time.

The neighborhood is quite good. Facilities are clean and easy to use. The communication with house keeper is easy and efficient. In conclusion, it was a great experience to live in there!

The location was great. There was a grocery store and bakery in a short walking distance. We would buy baguette daily. The metro was about 15 minute walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe and was lovely. The place felt spacious. The host included many essentials that allowed us to make coffee and cook breakfast and lunch. Center of Paris you can reach in about 50 minutes total on two metros (this includes the 15 minute walk to the metro). The beds were very comfortable. Everything was cleaned, tidy, and organized upon entering. I met the host and she is very kind and welcoming. She made sure I had everything needed and asked if there were any issues. I love that level of concern and commitment from a host. I highly recommend anyone thinking of visiting Paris to stay here. This was perfect for my family. 🤩

The size of the place was perfect for our group allowing everyone to have a room. The host was very nice to deal with. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The proximity to the train station was super convenient and one factor in our choice. Finding a large enough place in Paris was difficult and this place allowed everyone to have their own room without being too far.

An amazing hotel to stay in! Everything was great for us and we loved the reception and cleaning staff! They were so helpful and kind! The location is great for people who want to visit Paris or just stop for a break from driving to their destination!
