For a budget hotel it was lovely

Having an elevator is always a plus. Kitchen was well stocked. Having a toilet room alongside the bathroom was nice. The host did meet us to show us around and seemed very kind but the communication with her when an issue arose was disappointing as she did not respond. Was right next to a grocery store that was well stocked.

The value of money is just fine.

Beautifull renovated hotel and exceded expectations. We travel with a dog and there was no issues at all. Parking was free and you get free water.

The front reception staff was very helpful, offering suggestions and tips, the rooms were clean.

The place is actually cozy and would be nice if better maintained. The location is great if you want to stay a bit outside of Annecy in a beautiful village.

Simple road-side motel. The rooms are small but functional. Good for a single night stay while traveling.

Absolutely beautiful and cosy, comfortable bed, very clean, environmentally friendly soaps. They had left a hand written message to welcome us. 6 minutes drive from the magical center of Annecy. Near the highway, very easy to find. Private parking in front of the room. Nit breakfast.

The staff was super duper nice! We felt very welcomed in the little village and loved the atmosphere there. The igloo was cosy and comfy. There were beautiful sights in the area; we recommend to watch the sunset from the mountain top that's 20min above by foot. B & M

The staff was very helpful and patient as we communicated in a combination of English, French, and Google Translate. We had an Amazon package coming and all of the staff were aware and waiting to receive it, so we were thrilled with their teamwork. The breakfast had many options but was an extra cost. The rooms were small but tidy and clean, really just enough for us.
