The house was clean, spacious, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Tbe host kept in contact with us by email and text to ensure we had everything we needed.

Alexandra was an exceptional host. She looked after our every need. The property was located in a beautiful area surrounded by mountains. Alexandra has beautiful horses, dogs, goats, donkeys and chickens which we loved being with and feeding. We would definitely recommend this lovely cottage with a lovely host to anyone looking for a peaceful place to relax.

The cottage is clean, comfortable and comes with several cozy features (hot tub, sauna, fireplace). The fully fenced back area was great for our dog to get some fresh air. The location is convenient for exploring the Mournes, Castlewellen, Newcastle and surrounding areas.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful. We were welcomed into a warm home with biscuits on the table to go with a cup of tea before we unpacked. We wanted for nothing as Lynda had thought of everything even a spare toothbrush which my daughter was able to use. The log burning fire was so cosy given it snowed the whole time we were there and it made the cottage even more welcoming. Beds were comfortable, we had all the cooking appliances we could ask for. I made a full roast dinner on the 2nd night. Lynda left details of walks and activities, takeaways, board games I mean she literally thought of everything. We enjoyed the trip so much we decided to spend an extra night and have requested to return at Easter

The Cottage Stables were PERFECT for our stay. Jay and Mary were so kind and hospitable. The space worked perfectly for our family. The space was warm and clean. We really enjoyed spending a lot of time over in Tollymore Forest and it was so convenient to walk from the cottage.

Everything about this house is amazing. It's spotless clean,comfy everything there that you need. It's within 5 minutes away from beach and forest. My dogs loved getting to the beach. Hannah is a lovely girl and very helpful. We will definitely be back again . We had a great time. Thank you Hannah for letting us stay in your lovely home . Karen and Brian from Newtownabbey.

Laura was very kind to me. She even brought me a bowl of soup and bread. There was no where to eat close by so she felt sorry for me. Her husband Ross was also very nice. He did the work on the room and is very talented.

It was great that there were essentials at the house. The house was nice and warm and had everything that a family needs 😀
