Excellent host! Good communication. The place was clean. Excellent location. There is a hotel hopper bus across the road which was excellent for my early morning flight from Heathrow Terminal 5.

The breakfast was perfectly English, well cooked and beautifully presented. The location is very good and rooms really comfortable. David and Helen were the best hosts we could have dreamed of. Wonderful hotel on the river, perfect location gor Hampton Court Palace. Loved the room names, our room was very spacious. Restaurants were great, we had drinks on the Terrace, breakfast and afternoon tea whilst there. No complaints at all

Everything was perfect! Bed was comfy, the flat was clean, the coffee machine was easy to use and already had fresh coffee beans. Loved it! And the best part about it was the host. He was so understanding when I asked if it was okay to use his freezer which I needed the following day. Thanks so much!
